Serpentine Gallery opened up Lygia Pape’s show yesterday. Pape is a reference in the neoconcretism movement in Brasil. Brazilians may not know, but Pape has been in our day to day for years. She designed most of the Piraque’s packages, like the Goiabinha. This show came from Madrid’s Reina Sofia and will go on to Brasil at Pinacoteca next year. It is a great opportunity, to see a retrospective of Pape’s work for the ones in London.
